If a download, a payment, or a file stops you, start here. Most problems are solved with a fresh link or a payment check.
The file did not download
Open the email after the order is complete and use the download button before the link expires. If it expired or failed, send us the order email and we will issue a fresh link.
The file does not open
Check that your software accepts the format shown on the design page. The preview picture is not a stitch file. A damaged file, or one that does not match its page, is covered by the refund policy.
I paid and the order is still pending
PayPal opens the download after the payment is approved. Cryptocurrency waits for network confirmation until the status is finished. Do not pay a second time before we check the first payment.
The design does not match the description
Send a screenshot of the error or the design page within 7 days. We check the file and either replace it or refund it under the refund policy.
