This page explains what EmbroideryGo keeps in order to run the shop, deliver your files, and answer you. We do not sell your personal information.
Information we use
When you check out we use the email address you enter, the designs you bought, the order total, and the payment status. If you create an account, we also store the name and the password in a protected form, not as plain text.
If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we use that message to answer the question. We do not ask you to send a card number or a payment password in the chat.
Payments
PayPal and the cryptocurrency provider process the payment on their own pages. EmbroideryGo does not store your full card number. We keep the payment reference needed to confirm the order and open the download.
Downloads and the browser
A download link is tied to your order. Please do not forward it. The site remembers your language choice in this browser, and a signed-in session uses a secure cookie.
You can ask us to correct the email on an order or to close an account you created. Use the WhatsApp form on the contact page.
